It’s amazing how small moments of joy can help us breathe a little easier, feel more connected, and build our capacity to move through stress, change, grief, and uncertainty.
At CEEQ, we help you find your way back to yourself especially when life hurts or changes. In this way, pain, loss, and/or burnout don’t get the final say on your capacity for joy and you can do peopling better again!
Coaching is a beautiful process of supporting clients to move organically and holistically from where they are to where they want to be.
Coaching can help you reconnect with what matters, make intentional choices, and strengthen the relationship you have with yourself and others.
If you haven’t heard this phrase, “it’s attraction not promotion”, this is what joy does. The more joyful you become within your whole being, the more connection you have. The more connection you have, the stronger you feel a sense of belonging. The more you feel like you belong, the more joyful you feel. Yes, you guessed it. It’s a cycle that with practice becomes second nature and sustainable.
Begin to change your relationships with yourself and others through this impactful coaching with Misha Safran:
Below are examples of topics and examples of loss we can explore together:
Grief, Loss & Life Transitions
death, job loss, empty nesting, aging, physical changes, relationship changes, identity shifts
Joy & Resilience
rebuilding your capacity for joy without denying what hurts
Self-Trust & Reconnection
remembering who you are, what you need, and what matters to you
Boundaries & Sustainable Caring
caring for others without disappearing in the process
Purpose & What Comes Next
navigating the next chapter with more clarity and intention
My coaching draws on empathy, emotional intelligence, reflection, mindfulness, play, and practical tools but the focus is helping you navigate change, reconnect with yourself, and make more room for joy.
Clients have great things to say

Is Joy Coaching for you?
Joy Coaching may be for you if life has changed and you aren't quite sure who you are on the other side of it.
Maybe you're grieving a person, relationship, career, physical ability, identity, or season of life.
Maybe you've spent years caring for everyone else and realized you've lost touch with yourself.
Or maybe there's simply been more pain than joy lately, and you're ready for that balance to shift.
And it could be a combination of several.
What Joy Coaching Looks Like
Most of my coaching happens in small groups because there is something powerful about being in community with people who understand what it means to move through change, loss, stress, or burnout.
6-Week Joy Coaching Series
Groups meet weekly for 75 minutes, either virtually or in person.
Over six weeks, we create space to:
acknowledge what is hurting or changing
reconnect with yourself and what you need
strengthen self-trust and boundaries
practice small, sustainable ways to make more room for joy
explore what you want your next chapter to look like
Participants commit to the full six-week series so the group has time to build trust, connection, and continuity.
Want More Individual Support?
Participants in the series also have the option to purchase a 1:1 coaching package for more personalized support around what they are navigating.
For Organizations that Care for People
I also offer longer-term programs for nonprofit professionals and other caring professionals.
These typically meet monthly over 12 months, creating an ongoing space for people to pause, reconnect, practice what they are learning, and strengthen their capacity for joy and sustainability.
Retreat and customized training formats are also available.
Programs are offered as packages rather than individual drop-in sessions.
***IMPORTANT***
Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. If what you're experiencing would be better supported by a licensed mental health professional, I'll encourage you to seek that support.

I contacted Misha when I was feeling like I was standing at a bit of a crossroads. Having had a successful career as a performing artist, I had shifted my career in the direction of creative arts therapies; however, I was unsatisfied and felt that something was missing. Misha helped me to get in touch with my true wishes and develop a plan for moving forward into the next chapter of my life. Her objective yet compassionate direction facilitated my own self-awareness, guided me into practical planning, and deepened my resolve to forge ahead. I recommend Misha highly and am deeply grateful. Thank you and many blessings!

Misha leads with integrity, honesty and vulnerability which makes me trust her to hold space for me as a coach. I have found profound value in the simple, yet potent exercises included in the Love Blueprint Program. I have felt that she provides a perfect balance of space and time to reflect when asked questions in the group, which brings out authentic and vulnerable shares that touch and transform me - even when coming from others in the group. Transformation around self love, self honesty and communication have felt so natural in this container. I really feel that Misha trusts the process in a way that allows me to let go, surrender, and allow life to grant me the experiences that invite my growth and reveal the wisdom that’s in me. She’s also scary psychic sometimes haha.

Being part of Misha's Love Blueprint has been the space of support I never knew I needed. With her caring curiosity and creative approach to accessing our beauty within, I have seen myself transform from a place of hopelessness to empowered. Misha has a gift for having people see themselves more clearly, even in the ways you didn't want to see. She does this in a shame-free way that instead encourages acceptance, love, and action to create positive shifts.

The time we spent with Misha was very helpful and hopeful in reminding us how to be kind and patient with each other when speaking. Misha and Jodi, both, were so gentle and kind in their approach. We felt very heard and valued. It was so wonderful to connect with other women who are in women who love women, committed relationships.
